Experience a unique blend of yoga and mindfulness designed to support your mental and emotional well being. As both a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher, I will guide you gently through focused practices that help ease anxiety, reduce stress, and promote inner calm.

Classes are held at St Gregorys Hall, Salisbury.
