My classes are welcoming, supportive, and suitable for all levels, with a focus on helping you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected — both physically and mentally.
Classes are progressive, with each session building on the last, so I recommend booking a block of 6 classes rather than attending irregularly. A consistent practice allows you to experience the full physical and mental benefits of yoga, build confidence, and progress safely at your own pace.
