Certified Yoga Teacher (300hr, British Wheel of Yoga) and Qualified Mindfulness Teacher (Mindfulness Now)

 

Hi there, I'm so glad you're here.

My journey into teaching yoga began long before I ever stepped  onto a yoga mat.

For over 20 years, I've worked in support services, gaining experience in group facilitation, mental health support and counselling. Wellbeing has always been at the heart of what I do.

During the challenges of lockdown - a difficult time for so many, I discovered the profound impact of mindfulness and yoga in my own life. Learning to stay present helped me find calm, joy and a renewed sense of purpose.

Inspired by this transformation, I went on to train in both yoga and mindfulness so I could share these tools with others. Now it's my privilege to guild and support others on their own journeys toward greater balance and wellbeing.
